Abner Adams House and our hosts Bob and Lynda offered more than we could have hoped for. We thoroughly took full advantage of the serene setting, away from the hustle and bustle. Loved breakfast and game time on the porch, fabulous food and all the extra snacks made us feel very at home. The room was cozy and the balneotherapy tub was absolutely luxurious. Thanks Bob and Lynda for sharing your beautiful home and ensuring a completely relaxing get away. We will be back.

DEPOSIT
Payment for one night is required at the time of reservation. The remainder of payment is due at check in. Single night weekend rates apply to all Holidays and Special Events.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Payment is fully refunded if the cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to arrival. If cancellation is made within 14 days and the room is rebooked a full refund will be given. We make every effort to rebook the room. If the room is not rebooked, no refund will be given. All cancellations or date changes are subject to a $25.00 fee. There is no refund for late arrival or early departure.
INN POLICIES
- Check in: 4:00-6:00pm.
- Check out: 11:00 am.
- Weekends and holidays between mid-May and Oct 31 require a two-night minimum stay.
- Single night weekend rates apply to all Holidays and Special Events.

Special arrangements for late arrivals or early departures can be made at time of reservation.
- No Pets.
- Children are welcome if 12 years or older; well-behaved younger children will be allowed with special permission only if the entire Inn is booked by the same family or group.
Abner Adams House has a strict non-smoking policy which we enforce for the safety and comfort of all our guests. We do not allow smoking, candle burning or incense in any of our guest rooms or common areas in the house. There are 2 designated smoking areas outside the inn.
- Occupancy is based on two people per room. Additional guests are $40 per night.
- Social drinking allowed. You may bring your own beverage, glasses and ice are provided for your convenience.
- Special dietary needs, such as vegetarian, gluten free or lactose free, will be met when requested at time of reservation.
